Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and (if applicable) with all tags attached—and must be in its original packaging, including an intact hygiene seal.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Our products are classified as hygiene and health products. For health and hygiene reasons, returns are legally prohibited if the seal has been broken after delivery. The legal basis for this is Section 312g(2)(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Even in cases of individual intolerance or an adverse skin reaction, there is no right of withdrawal once the product has been opened or used. If you find that a product does not agree with you, please contact us anyway. We carefully document every report and are happy to assist you with continued use or adjusting your skincare routine. Sets can only be returned in their entirety. Promotional products that were provided free of charge or at a discount as part of a promotion (e.g., for purchases above a certain value) are excluded from exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. For credit card payments, the refund may take 1–2 weeks, depending on your bank. To initiate a return, pleasecontactus via email at service@docberger-antiaging.de.

Damage and Problems
In this case, please contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days, a photo via email to service@docberger-antiaging.de.Important: Please keep all packaging materials as well as the damaged product. In the event of damage, DHL will conduct an inspection and will need both the damaged product and the original packaging for this purpose.Within Germany, you can take the defective package directly to a post office and report the damage there. Alternatively, you can have the damaged shipment picked up from your location.As soon as we receive your report, we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Exchanges
If the return of the incorrect item is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate transaction.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
