The shipping costs within Germany are €4.95. For orders over €50, shipping costs within Germany are waived. Outside Germany the shipping costs are €13.99.
Please note that the recipient (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees outside Germany. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out about the applicable fees in advance.

You have the option of paying conveniently with your credit card. After the usual check by the credit institution, your credit card will be charged for the total amount.
Of course, you also have the option of paying for your products in advance/invoice. As soon as the total amount is credited to our account, the goods will be sent to you immediately. If your payment is not received in our account within 7 working days at the latest, we will cancel your order.
The SEPA direct debit is a very simple, practical and at the same time secure payment method that is of course also available to you.
You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt if the products are in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. The hygiene seal must be completely undamaged, otherwise we will have to send the returned items back to you. All components of a set must be returned in full. Products that are part of a promotion to achieve a certain purchase value cannot be returned. It is explicitly stated that there must be no defects on the seal, packaging or labels. In the event of a cancellation, the costs of return will be borne by you.
The refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Please remember that for card payments this can take one to two weeks - depending on the credit institution.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If a product is damaged or defective, we ask you to send us a photo of it to email@example.com within 30 days of receipt so that we can send you an undamaged item as quickly as possible.
Items are considered defective if the condition is not caused by wear and tear. The customer is liable for any signs of wear and tear.
Please stop using a product immediately if you observe any unexpected skin reactions. In such a case, please write to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please note that all products have a shelf life after opening, usually 3 months. You can find this information on the respective label.
