Your subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval, and the products are automatically delivered to your doorstep by the store after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, your credit card will be automatically charged every month, and you will receive the products every month without having to place the order manually!
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only exception is if you have started a subscription that requires a specific number of payments before you can cancel it. The customer portal can be accessed using the magic link you received via email when you placed your initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in your store.
You can skip or reschedule the billing in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip Payment" button that you can use to skip the billing. You can also reschedule the billing by clicking the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the "Edit" button in the product card and edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.
If your subscription cannot be renewed due to a payment processing issue, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to securely update your payment method.
