Why is phosphatidylcholine so effective?
The key lies in the structure of phosphatidylcholine (PC). PC consists of a water-loving (hydrophilic) head and two water-repellent (lipophilic) tails. This unique structure allows phosphatidylcholine to seamlessly integrate into the skin’s lipid layers and improve nutrient absorption. Another advantage of phosphatidylcholine is its excellent tolerability.
