Start your care routine with Foam Intense, which gently removes makeup residue, sebum, and dead skin cells. Then, the Purifying Tonic creates an optimal acidic skin environment, perfectly preparing your skin for subsequent active ingredient absorption. After cleansing, the Anti-Aging 15% Fruit Acid Peeling is an ideal addition to achieve a fresher complexion and refined pores. Gently pat in the Purifying Power Serum next, which alleviates hyperkeratosis and combats inflammatory skin changes. The Vit C + Biobotox Serum, in turn, not only activates collagen synthesis but also relaxes fine lines.
Care for your skin during the day with the Anti-Pollution Day Cream, which protects against harmful environmental influences such as UV/blue light and infrared rays.
In the evening, a Retinol Serum is essential. It effectively combats unevenness and skin impurities, activates cell renewal, reduces pigmentation spots and acne scars, and can smooth out small wrinkles.
Finally, the virtually oil-free night cream, the Purifying Night Cream, ensures maximum regeneration of your skin overnight.
For a flawless finish, we recommend the Bamboo Enzyme Powder Peeling. Use it 2-3 times a week or as an intensive treatment daily for a week.

Step 1: Use 2-3 pumps of the cleansing foam and apply it in circular movements to your face, neck and décolleté. Then rinse off the foam with warm water.
Step 2: After cleansing, apply the tonic generously to a cotton pad and spread it over the face, neck and décolleté, do not rinse.
Step 3 (evening only): Apply the Purifying Serum to your cleansed and toned skin. It is also ideal for the décolleté and shoulder girdle area. Allow the serum to absorb into the skin for about 1 minute.
Step 4 (evening only): Apply one pump of retinol to your face. Please note that increasing the retinol concentration should only be done gradually.
Step 5: In the morning, spread the Anti-Pollution Day Cream generously over your face, neck and décolleté. This protects your skin from harmful UV radiation, infrared and blue light. In the evening you use your night cream instead.
Use the Bamboo Enzyme Powder Peeling 2 to 3 times a week or daily for a week as a treatment. After the usual cleaning with your DOC.BERGER | EFFECT Foam, please do not dry your face, neck and décolleté. Place a small amount (about 1/3 of the sachet contents) of the enzyme peeling powder into wet palms and lather it into a fine foam by rubbing your palms together. Massage the fine foam onto your face, neck and décolleté. After allowing it to take effect for 2-5 minutes, you can wash the peeling off again. If you want to use it against hair that gets greasy quickly, lather the contents of a whole sachet in your hand and use the foam like you would your shampoo.
You use the anti-aging fruit acid 15% peeling 1-2 times a week. Apply the peeling over large areas. Please be careful around the eye area to avoid accidentally getting the fruit acid into your eyes. Leave the fruit acid peeling on for a maximum of 20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water without leaving any residue.
