Our Subscriptions
Your subscription is automatically renewed based on the delivery interval you selected. After each successful payment, your products are shipped directly to your home – no additional action needed.
Example: If you sign up for a subscription with a 3-month interval, your credit card will be charged every three months, and you'll receive your products on schedule, without having to reorder.
Important: A subscription requires at least three payments – your initial order plus two automated recurring orders.
Pausing is no longer possible.
You can cancel your subscription only after two automated recurring orders – meaning after a total of three payments (initial order + two follow-up orders).
You can manage or cancel your subscription via the customer portal. You’ll find the access link in the email you received when placing your first subscription order, or through your customer account in our shop.
Yes, in the customer portal, you can skip a scheduled charge or reschedule a delivery.
Simply use the "Skip Payment" or "Reschedule" button next to the respective delivery date.
Absolutely. You can edit your subscription anytime in the customer portal.
Just click "Edit" on the product card to add, remove, or modify products in your subscription.
If your payment can’t be processed, you’ll automatically receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. This ensures your next delivery won’t be delayed.
By subscribing, customers agree that for future recurring orders, the product price valid at the time of the next delivery will automatically apply. In this case, no separate email notification will be sent.
Price changes may occur due to various reasons, including:
- Adjustments to the formula
- Changes in raw material or production costs
- Supply chain issues and other market-related factors.
The percentage-based subscription discounts always apply to the current valid product price.
Unsere Produkte werden kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, um sie noch wirksamer, verträglicher und zeitgemäßer zu machen – z. B. durch optimierte Rezepturen, verbesserte Wirkstoffkombinationen oder ein aktualisiertes Produktdesign (z. B. Packaging oder Produktbezeichnung).
Wird ein Produkt in Deinem Abonnement weiterentwickelt und ist die bisherige Version nicht mehr verfügbar, erhältst Du automatisch die aktuelle Version des entsprechenden Produkts.
Anwendung, Zielsetzung und Positionierung des Produkts bleiben dabei gleich bzw. werden weiter verbessert.
