Shipping Information

We usually ship your order within 48 hours. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.

• Standard insured shipping (up to 1 kg): 5,50 €
• Standard insured shipping (up to 3 kg): 6,05
• Free shipping for orders over 200 € (for packages up to 3 kg)

Shipping policies, customs, duties and taxes for third countries (outside the EU)
We are happy to ship our products internationally. Customs duties and taxes are not included. However, we do not assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees charged during or after shipping (such as customs duties, taxes, etc.) must be paid by the customer.

COUNTRIES WITH TARIFF ZONES

1 Plus toll and CO,-surcharge, if applicable peak surcharge, if applicable international transport cost surcharge (see dhl.de/transportkostenzuschlaq). as well as any fees for services; in the event of missing or incorrect routing code coding, the respective price per package increases by 0,49 EUR.

2 The tariffs for DHL Paket International refer to parcel shipping with the delivery option Closest Droppoint to the available destination countries.

3 The shipping launch for Closest Droppoint is communicated individually by country at dhl.de/gk-paket-lnternatlonal-servlces .

4 In these countries only premium shipping is possible.

5 When ordering DHL Paket International Premium to the countries Sweden and Finland, in addition to the specified tariff per package, a doorstep surcharge of 4,30 EUR per shipment will be charged afterward, unless no country-specific price to Sweden or Finland has been contractually agreed.

Right of Withdrawal/Return

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened, unused and, where applicable, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, including an intact hygiene seal.

Opened or used products are excluded from returns.
Our products are classified as hygiene and health products. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns are legally excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery. The legal basis for this is Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Even in the case of individual intolerance or an undesired skin reaction, there is no right of withdrawal once the product has been opened or used. If you do not tolerate a product, please still contact us. We carefully document every piece of feedback and are happy to support you with further application advice or an adjustment of your skincare routine.

Sets can only be returned in full. Promotional products that were provided free of charge or at a discount as part of a promotion, for example from a certain order value, are excluded from exchange.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. For credit card payments, the refund may take 1–2 weeks depending on your bank.

Damages and Issues

In this case, please send us a photo by email to service@docberger-antiaging.de immediately, but no later than within 7 days.

Important: Please keep all packaging materials as well as the damaged product. In the event of a damage claim, DHL will carry out an inspection and will require both the damaged product and the original packaging.

Within Germany, you can take the defective shipment directly to a post office and report the damage there. Alternatively, it is possible to have the damaged shipment collected from your address.

As soon as we have received your report, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Exchange

If the return of the incorrect item is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
