1. DESCRIPTION OF ARGAN OIL:
Argan oil, extracted from the kernels of the argan fruit grown in Morocco, is a valuable and nutrient-rich oil used in skincare. It is known for its moisturizing, healing, and protective properties. Argan oil contains a wealth of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins, making it an ideal ingredient for caring for dry, irritated, and mature skin.
2. BENEFITS OF ARGAN OIL:
Argan oil has an intensely nourishing and moisturizing effect on the skin. It contains linoleic acid, which can help alleviate symptoms of acne and psoriasis and is considered an important anti-aging ingredient. The carotenoids and vitamin E in argan oil provide antioxidant and cell-protective effects, firm the skin, and protect against UV rays. The triterpenes in argan oil have antiseptic properties and promote an even, smooth complexion. Argan oil is non-comedogenic—meaning it does not clog pores—and is therefore also suitable for caring for oily skin prone to breakouts.
3. USES OF ARGAN OIL:
Argan oil is used in a wide variety of skincare products, including serums and exfoliants. It is often used to care for dry and irritated skin, as well as to prevent and treat signs of aging. Argan oil is also a popular ingredient in hair care products, as it nourishes the hair and adds shine.
