Hello! I’m Dr. Luise Berger, and I’ve developed DOC.BERGER | EFFECT, a completely new line of skincare products. My goal is to care for and restore your skin as effectively as possible. I’ve never been convinced by commercially available cosmetics. They usually contain ingredients that have no place in skincare products. DOC.BERGER / EFFECT completely avoids these harmful additives. Instead, it contains pure active ingredients and the highest-quality skincare. DOC.BERGER / EFFECT is a “system-based skincare” approach—a kind of modular skincare system featuring highly effective substances. You have the option to customize your daily skincare routine by combining active ingredients to meet your individual needs. It may seem complicated at first, but don’t worry! It’s not. The “foundation” of DOC.BERGER / EFFECT consists of thorough cleansing and toning, as well as the Anti-Pollution Day and Night Cream. Valuable active ingredient serums, such as the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Vitamin C Serum, or the Red & Pigment Remover, round out the skincare regimen.
