What effect does Syn®-Ake have on the skin?
Specifically, Syn®-Ake blocks certain receptors responsible for transmitting nerve impulses to the facial muscles. This causes the muscles to relax slightly—similar to botulinum toxin (Botox), but without injections and without the loss of natural expressiveness.
It is therefore not a “paralytic agent,” but rather a precisely dosed relaxation at the cellular level.
This subtle effect offers a key advantage: It slows the formation of wrinkles right where they begin—during facial movements. The skin can gently smooth out, lines appear finer, and the overall complexion looks fresher and more rested . Syn®-Ake delivers impressive results, especially in the forehead and eye areas, where the facial muscles are particularly active.
The effectiveness of Syn®-Ake is not only theoretically sound but has also been clinically tested. Studies* (“Anti-aging activity of Syn-Ake peptide by in silico approaches and in vitro tests”) have shown that a visible reduction in wrinkle depth of up to 52 percent can be achieved after just 28 days of regular use. These results pertain specifically to the reduction of expression lines—that is, wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movements, such as frowning or smiling.
What makes these studies particularly meaningful is that the concentrations tested fall within the range of dosages used in active-ingredient cosmetics. This means that the effects are realistically achievable not only under laboratory conditions but also in practical use—provided that the skincare routine is followed consistently and correctly.
