The Purifying Power Serum has been specifically designed for skin prone to impurities, redness, and pigmentation spots. A finely tuned combination of clarifying and brightening active ingredients restores balance to the skin and visibly improves the appearance of impurities and hyperpigmentation.
Azeloglicine®, a modern derivative of azelaic acid, regulates sebum production and reduces redness, making it a great serum for oily skin. SEBOCLEAR™-MP supports the skin microbiome, specifically inhibits acne bacteria, thus breaking the cycle of blemished skin. The power duo of tranexamic acid and butyl resorcinol specifically targets pigmentation spots and promotes a more even skin tone. The serum is rounded off with niacinamide and green tea, providing antioxidant protection and strengthening the skin barrier.

In den Wechseljahren verändert sich die Haut plötzlich noch einmal stark. Bei mir sind gleichzeitig wieder Unreinheiten aufgetreten, dazu Pigmentflecken und natürlich auch Fältchen – eine wirklich herausfordernde Kombination... Umso glücklicher bin ich, dass es jetzt das neue Serum von Dr. Berger gibt, das genau auf diese Themen abzielt. Ich nutze es jetzt seit ein paar Wochen konsequent als Zusatzserum, in Kombination mit dem Retinol, und habe das Gefühl, dass meine Haut deutlich ausgeglichener ist. Besonders überrascht hat mich, dass zwei hartnäckige Altersflecken tatsächlich schon etwas heller geworden sind. Für mich ist dieses Serum gerade für Frauen ab 40 eine wirklich tolle Ergänzung in der Abend-Pflegeroutine!
Als ehemalige Sonnenanbeterin trage ich heute leider die Konsequenzen davon. Vor Kurzem habe ich eine persönliche Hautanalyse bei Dr. Berger in München gemacht. Ein Produkt möchte ich besonders hervorheben: das Purifying Power Serum für den Abend. Es verfeinert sichtbar die Poren, entfernt sanft die obersten Hautschüppchen und wirkt gezielt gegen Pigmentflecken. Nach etwa sechs Wochen merkt man wirklich, dass die Haut frischer und ebenmäßiger aussieht.
Mein persönlicher Tipp: Morgens verwende ich zusätzlich das Vitamin C + Spilanthol Serum von DOC BERGER EFFECT. Es wirkt ebenfalls gegen Pigmentflecken und hilft gleichzeitig gegen mimische Fältchen – für mich ein absoluter Traum.

If you have concerns, we recommend considering leaving the serums at home to completely avoid leakage.

Acnacidol is known for regulating sebum production. Excess sebum can lead to clogged pores and acne breakouts. Additionally, Acnacidol has antimicrobial properties that help combat the bacteria responsible for impure skin. Similarly, the exclusive active ingredient Azeloglicin also regulates sebum production and has skin-brightening properties.
Acnacidol and Azeloglicina are both active ingredients that already help reduce impurities and inflammation without drying out the skin. However, to provide even more moisture, the Purifying Power Serum contains Aloe Vera and Panthenol. Both Aloe Vera and Panthenol hydrate the skin, strengthen the natural skin barrier, and alleviate irritations or redness. In combination, they have strong soothing and wound-healing properties.
The Purifying Power Serum is ideal for blemished skin, excessive sebum production, comedones, or excessive keratinization. It is suitable for both oily, blemished skin and dry, blemished skin.
Apply the Purifying Power Serum in the evening after thorough cleansing with the corresponding Foam and Tonic. Then, you can apply other serums on top, continue with your eye care routine (especially the Eye Cream in the evening), and use your usual Night Cream. We recommend either the oil-free Night Cream Light or the Purifying Night Cream, specially developed for blemished skin.
For optimal results, we recommend daily use, but only in the evening. During the day, always apply the Anti-Pollution Day Cream for protection against UV radiation.
Yes, the serum can be easily combined with other serums. For example, in the evening, you can use it alongside the Booster Serum and the Retinol Serum.
It can vary from person to person, but many users report noticeable pore refinement after a few weeks of use. However, you should plan for at least 2-3 months to achieve visible results. Why? Because your skin needs time to absorb the active ingredients, regenerate from the ground up, and naturally create a cleaner, finer-pored complexion.

Before your trip, make sure all lids and closures are securely tightened. We recommend removing the pipette once and carefully wiping the neck of the bottle with a tissue to remove any residue. This is often the spot where leaks may occur. Only after cleaning should the pipette be screwed back on tightly.
2. Store upright:
Keep the products in an upright position whenever possible.
3. Carry in hand luggage:
When flying, carry the products in your hand luggage to better control storage conditions.
If you have any concerns, we recommend leaving the serums at home as a precaution to avoid potential leakage altogether.
