Application

After cleansing and/or peeling, apply the Tonic Sensitive generously to a cotton pad and spread over the face, neck and décolleté, do not rinse.
Afterwards, you should always use a sun protection factor of at least 30 as daily care.

Als erstes möchte ich mich von ganzem Herzen bei Frau Dr. Luise Berger, Eleonora Berger und Team bedanken. Ich litt unter Perioraler Dermatitis und bin seit ca. 4 Wochen POD frei. Fam. Berger und Team haben mich in dieser Zeit mehr als unterstützt, immer meine Fragen beantwortet und mir eine Anfangsroutine empfohlen. For which skin types is this tonic suitable?

This mild tonic is suitable for all skin types but has been specifically developed for sensitive and dry skin. For non-sensitive, conditioned skin, we recommend the Tonic Intense with a salicylic acid content of 2%, while the Purifying Tonic with its AHA complex is ideal for oily and acne-prone skin.

What is the main purpose of a tonic in skincare?

A tonic is used to balance the pH of the skin after cleansing, remove excess sebum, and prepare the skin for the following skincare steps.

How do I use the tonic?

After facial cleansing, the tonic should be applied to a cotton pad and gently swept over the face, neck, and décolleté – do not rinse off.

How often should I use the tonic?

The frequency of using a tonic depends on your skin type and the specific needs of your skin. However, in general, it is recommended to use a tonic twice a day: once in the morning and once in the evening.

Do I have to use a tonic and a cleansing foam together?

No, like all our other products, our tonic is consistently made without alcohol, colorants, animal ingredients, paraffin, essential oils, silicone oil, perfume, parabens, PEG/PPG, microplastics, phenoxyethanol, nanoparticles, and potentially allergenic fragrances.
