After cleansing your face, apply the toner to a cotton pad and gently sweep it over your face, neck, and décolletage—do not rinse.

How often you use a toner depends on your skin type and your skin's specific needs. In general, however, it is recommended that you use a toner twice a day: once in the morning and once in the evening.

While both are useful products on their own, they work best together. The cleansing foam removes surface dirt in the first step, while the toner provides a deeper cleanse and prepares the skin for subsequent skincare.
