    • Apply the Red & Pigment Remover to your skin in the evening after you have thoroughly cleansed and toned it, ideally with DOC.BERGER|EFFECT products.
    • You can then use other serums before applying your favorite cream.
    • In the low-UV months, you can also apply the serum specifically to pigmented or reddened areas of skin in the morning.
    • While using the Red & Pigment Remover, you should consistently use the Anti-Pollution Day Cream during the day.

    Tranexamic acid is known to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in melanin production. This reduces the formation of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Additionally, this acid also has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and irritation.

    Similar to tranexamic acid, arbutin is also a tyrosinase inhibitor that reduces melanin production. However, it is milder than other skin lighteners, making it suitable for sensitive skin. Arbutin also provides antioxidant protection and can help the skin recover from the effects of UV radiation. The combination of tranexamic acid and arbutin creates a synergistic effect that enhances the efficiency of both ingredients. While tranexamic acid addresses deep pigmentation issues, arbutin targets superficial skin discolorations. Together, they provide a comprehensive approach to treating hyperpigmentation and skin redness.

    This serum is suitable for all skin types, but it is especially beneficial for those with hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, or skin redness.

    Apply the Red & Pigment Remover in the evening after thorough cleansing with the corresponding Foam and Tonic. Apply a few drops thinly to the skin. Then, you can apply other serums on top, continue with eye care (especially the Eye Cream in the evening), and use your usual night cream.

    For optimal results, we recommend daily use, typically only in the evening. During the UV-low months, you can also apply the serum to pigmented or reddened areas in the morning, but only when using the Anti-Pollution Day Cream consistently.

    Yes, the serum can be easily combined with other serums. For example, in the evening, you can use it alongside the Booster Serum, Purifying Power Serum, and Retinol Serum.

    That can vary from person to person, but many users report noticeable refinement of pores after a few weeks of use. However, you should plan for at least 2-3 months to see visible results. Why? Because your skin needs time to absorb the active ingredients, regenerate from the ground up, and naturally create a purer, finer-textured complexion.
